There have been a LOT of progress pictures taken over the past 15 months… It is absolutely incredible for me to see how much the human body will change when it has everything it needs: nutrition on point, lots of strength training and an appropriate amount of cardio. (We all know too much cardio prevents good muscle growth, but some cardio is necessary for most people.) 1) Hiring a coach is the BEST move I ever made. I have learned more about clean eating, fitness, and about my body’s response to all of the above in one year than I ever had in the first 27 years of my life. Amazing…. 2) Consistency is key. Create a routine of a healthy lifestyle. It must become your habit to be healthy.  3) If you want what others don’t, you must be willing to do what others won’t. Hey guys, I’m back…

I think I am the worst fitblr in tumblr history. During the school year I let myself go, no major damage done but I’m disappointed in myself for giving up this tumblr temporarily YET AGAIN. 

However, this seems to be a trending pattern so you know the drill. Over the next couple of days I’ll be updating all of my stats and info an reintroducing myself into leangains.

It’s 834 calories; 123g Protein, 63g Carbs, 10g Fat

The cheesecake is six inches in diameter. It really just depends on how you slice it. Say I just it into six small pieces, it will be 139 calories, or (since it’s kind of small) four pieces, it will be 208.5/slice.
